At FBI Swim & Gym Centre, or FBI HQ, it is all about having fun!

We are market leaders in competitive swimming having narrowed our focus to concentrate only on beginners from birth to 12 years (& seniors) in our swim school.

Similarly our new fitness centre is focused on beginners made up of families & seniors. We purposely provide and maintain a friendly atmosphere that is both non-trendy but very family friendly.

We also specialize in working with de-conditioned athletes and beginners alike who sometimes cannot use the gym facilities at first & instead commence their training with hydrotherapy or on physiotherapy programs & eating plans from dietitians. Our friendly swim instructors & personal trainers are hand picked for their lack of ego & are further trained in house to deliver the best possible service and training for you!!
